We don't bet the company on one product. We take lots of small swings — built fast, tested cheap, in public. Each one starts as a question: does anyone actually want this? Some find traction and grow up. Most don't — and those go in the graveyard, with the reason written down. That's the whole model: be wrong cheaply, and out loud.
